The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 378 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he had purchased a stolen tractor leveler from one Indal Saw. It is alleged that the tractor leveler belonged to the informant which was taken away by the said Indal Saw.

Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Sunil Prasad, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two
