Ms Meena Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, informant as well as the learned APP for the State. Petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court in this case registered under Sections 302, 397/34 of Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Mr Yogesh Chndra Verma, learnd Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is a case of false implication and that the presence of informant at the place of occurrence is highly improbable in view of the allegations set out in the first information report. The submission had been considered by this Court while rejecting the prayer on 28.02.2018. The petitioner, till now, has been in custody for about 19 months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74287 of 2018(4) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Considering the submission of the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, for the present, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail. The same is rejected.
