JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard Sri Shiv Shankar Sah, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Cr.Misc.No. 26958 of 2016, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of order dated 15.11.2016. By the said order, while directing for issuance of notice to Opp.Party no.2, it was directed to file requisites within two weeks peremptory. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is true that requisites were filed within time, but due to inadvertence, incorrect number of case has been mentioned. However, he makes a prayer for granting time, so that he may file fresh requisites in compliance with the order dated 15.11.2016.

Accordingly, Let Cr.Misc.No.26958 of 2016 be restored to its original file, provided the order dated 15.11.2016 is complied with within extended time. Time is extended till 16th
