Petitioner is an accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020 arising out of Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 8/20 (b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1791 of 2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3081 of 2021(2) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge/Special Judge, N.D.P.S., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 31/2020 arising out of Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020.
