2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in Para-1 of the petition.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.Case No. 344 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 327, 341, 354, 384, 417, 465, 498A, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section section 35,42 of Adhar Act and section 9 of Child Marriage Act and added section 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 and 8 of POCSO Act.

4. The petitioner is husband of the victim. He is in jail since 31.05.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after matrimonial dispute allegation against the petitioner etc have been added to make the case serious. It is submitted that he is ready to pay Rs. 6000/- per month for maintenance of the informant and her daughter, who is also daughter of the petitioner. The maintenance amount will start from July 2024.

5. Considering the facts that the petitioner is husband of the informant, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Bahadurganj P.S.Case No. 344 of 2023.

6. This is also subject to the conditions that the petitioner will regularly pay Rs. 6000/- per month in the Bank Account of the informant beginning from July 2024. The Bank Account details of the informant shall be shared by the informant/ informant's lawyer in the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
