JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,324,307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant when the family members came to rescue then they were also assaulted. The accused persons snatched twenty thousand rupees from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and the injury has been found to be simple. There is counter version of the occurrence. It

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3222 of 2016 (2) dt.20-01-2016 2/2 is further submitted that for the occurrence of 26.5.2014 at 8 P.M. the FIR was registered on 27.5.2014 at 11 AM. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.142 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
