2. The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Mansoorchak @ Mansurchak P.S. Case No. 57 of 2026, registered for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 117(2), 3(5), of B.N.S.
3. As per the allegation, petitioner and six other accused persons tried to kill the informant by strangling her. It has further been alleged that when her husband Amar Kumar reached there and tried to save her, all the accused persons started to assault her husband by means of lathi, iron rod as well as fists and kicks. The informant somehow managed to escape and, with the help of neighbours, informed the police. The police took her injured husband to Primary Health Centre for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45413 of 2026(2) dt.08-07-2026 2/3 treatment, from where he was referred to Sadar Hospital, Begusarai. It has further been alleged that her husband got serious injuries on his head, hands and fingers as a result of assault meeted out by the accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that there is a delay of six days in lodging the present F.I.R.. It has further been submitted, referring the impugned order, that although the injuries were found to be grievous in nature, but it has not been specifically alleged that the author of such injury is the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the parties are agnates and there is family dispute between them. It has lastly been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2026 and has got no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
