This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhawanipur (Baliya O.P.) PS Case No. 159 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner that he has assaulted the police personnel, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Prayer is rejected.

However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months from
