This criminal miscellaneous application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 23.01.2015 passed by learned Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge IVth Araria in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2013 , S.T. No. 850 of 2014.

A report has been called for from the court below, which has been received. From the report, it appears that charge has already been framed in this case and out of six prosecution witnesses, one witness has been examined. Therefore, this Court does not deem it fit to interfere with the impugned order at this stage.
