Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2017. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tr. No. 724 of 2017 arising out of Samastipur Town Police Station Case No. 328 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58363 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
