2. The present modification petition has been filed for modifying the order 08.04.2025 passed in CWJC No. 1345 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the paragraph no. 4 of the writ application, the registration number of TATA Motors Dumper has wrongly been mentioned as "Registration No.- UP63AT-6166" and the same has been mentioned in the order dated 08.04.2025 but in

Patna High Court MJC No.2116 of 2025(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 fact, it should be "Registration No.- UP63AT-6116".

4. In view of the above, let the registration number in order dated 08.04.2025 be read as "Registration No.- UP63AT6116" in place of "Registration No.- UP63AT-6166".

5. Accordingly, order dated 08.04.2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent and the present modification petition stands disposed of.
