However, learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.5 particularly in paragraph 11, submits that no relief can be granted to the petitioners, in the given facts of the case, in the present writ petition.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
