2. The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2023 in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394/302 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the wife of the informant was killed by the criminals while they looted Rs.1,50,000/- and other valuable articles.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. He submits that materials have also come during the investigation to connect this petitioner with the crime which are detailed in the impugned order of the Court below.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are materials available to connect this petitioner with the crime, this Court is not giving the details of the materials as they are readily available in the impugned order, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
