Heard learned counsel for the informant and the learned APP for the State.

This Court vide order dated 11.1.2019 posted this matter on 15.1.2019 as a last chance since no body had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on that date.

The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P. S. Case No. 100 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code .

Learned counsel for informant submits that petitioner is the main assailant in this case along with other accused persons.

No.73419 of 2018(4) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 From the written report, it appears that there is direct allegation against this petitioner of causing injury to the father of the informant on account of which he died on the spot. Case diary has been received, wherein, the postmortem report of the deceased is available. Learned APP after looking into the postmortem report submits that there are three injuries on the person of the deceased caused by sharp cutting instrument.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
