JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the defendant-petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff-respondent. In the instant application preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 22.05.2019 passed in Eviction Suit No.1 of 2018 by the learned Munsif, Begusarai.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs-respondent.
After arguing at length, Mr. Sanjeev Ranjan, learned advocate for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the present application.
