The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.321 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 337, 338, 307, 295, 332, 120(B), 353, 188/153 (a)(b)(c) and 173 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that during course of immersion of deity Durga, these petitioners along with others pelted stones as well as used filthy language against particular religion. The other co-accused Md. Imroz Alam and Md. Imran have been allowed bail by one of the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.61761 of 2017 and Cr.Misc.No.61770 of 2017 on 19.12.2017 and 20.12.2017 respectively. The case of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63317 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2018 petitioners stands on similar footing. The petitioners are in custody since 03.10.2017.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S.
