JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-07-2015 There is no obligation upon the Central Board of Secondary Education to make any change in the name of mother of the petitioner from what originally was granted by CBSE. Petitioner appeared in the examination in the year 2002, the Certificate was awarded in the year 2002 itself and after more than five years, he is looking for a correction, which is not a correction but complete change of name of the mother. Why such effort is being made is not understood by the Court but obviously the petitioner is looking for some gain in which the original name of the mother is coming in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10566 of 2008 dt.14-07-2015 2/2 way. Such corrections cannot be allowed to be made in such a cursory fashion.

Writ is dismissed.
