Since this application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of a Complaint Case, it is being disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the Court below within four weeks from today. If they do so, their application shall be considered and disposed of on the same day in terms of the decision of this Court in case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. State of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2015(3) BBCJV-53.

The Court below shall also take into account the submission, which has been advanced in the present case that the dispute is purely matrimonial and civil in nature and the husband has already been in custody.
