Petitioners seek regular bail in Basopatti P.S. Case No.173 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 414, 379, 411 of the I.P.C.
The informant has alleged in the F.I.R. that on 11.09.2017 when he was returning to his house at 8.30 P.M. on cycle three persons sitting on a motor cycle snatched his mobile and tried to flee away. However, they were caught by the villagers and they disclosed their name as Pawan Ram, Bablu Ram and Lalit Ram It has been submitted by the petitioners that they are innocent and they have committed no offence. They have been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2272 of 2018 (3) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 falsely implicated in this case. They are in custody since 12.09.2017 having no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-V, Madhubani, in Basopatti P.S.Case No.173 of 2017.
