2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.223 of 2023 registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

3. It is informed by the respective counsel that the trial is at the stage of conclusion.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
