2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352 and 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, Maarpeet took place, in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general & omnibus and no specific overt act has alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Saran (Chapra) in connection with Panapur P.S.
