JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 186 and 27 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that the petitioner is also found during investigation to be involved in a case of robbery and use of firearms resulting in injury caused on the informant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
