JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.07.2022 passed by the Circle Officer, Manjhi, District-Saran in Encroachment Case No. 64 of 2019-20, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appeal against the said order dated 20.07.2022, however, seeks protection, in the meantime, to which the learned counsel for the respondents has got no objection.
