Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Four culprits are alleged to have snatched money and mobile phones of the informant and his khalasi on the point of pistol.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not a named accused. His name has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused. There is no allegation against this petitioner and nothing has been recovered from his possession. On the date of occurrence, petitioner was appearing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44950 of 2016 (4) dt.02-02-2017 2/2 in Intermediate examination.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on the behalf of the petitioner , the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
