Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in fact matter is of love affairs which would be evident from the photographs of the victim along with the petitioner. Moreover, both had traveled together on a reservation ticket and after breakup, false allegation is there of kidnapping etc. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
