Petitioner is in custody in connection with G.R. No. 957 of 2019, Saharghat P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 for the offence under section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 18 liters of Nepali Wine was seized kept in the motorcycle of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.5.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42859 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge Excise, Madhubani, in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019, G.R. No. 957 of 2019.
