The restoration application is, accordingly, allowed. Mr. Gautam Kejriwal, learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator submits that although the Vakalatnama has been given to him for filing but due to non-availability of the welfare stamp, the same could not be filed.

Let necessary steps be taken to file the same by arranging the welfare stamp.
