Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in view of developments subsequent to filing of the writ application to the extent that the amount being claimed by the petitioner has been deposited in the account of the petitioner/ Bank by Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, seeks liberty to pursue the petitioner's remedy before appropriate forum for grant of interest on the said amount. The writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought.
