2. With the consent of both the parties, the writ application is disposed of at the present stage.

3. For the reliefs as prayed for in the present writ application, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Nalanda dated 25.09.2013, which is enclosed with this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.6025 of 2014(9) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 application as Annexure-4. He prays that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction would be issued by this Court directing the District Magistrate, Nalanda to dispose of his representation within a fixed time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. To this prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondents-State does not have any objection.

4. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Nalanda to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2013 (Annexure-4) within four months from the date of production of a copy of this order. In the proceeding before District Magistrate, Nalanda an opportunity of hearing shall be granted to the petitioner and the final order passed by District Magistrate, Nalanda shall be reasoned and speaking order.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
