The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.06.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused has snatched the motorcycle.

Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
