JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-05-2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the policy decision Annexure 6 to the writ petition which is Resolution of the Government of Bihar bearing no. 2937 dated 31.03.2011 in the Finance Department regarding grant of promotion of Group D employees to Group C posts under which the petitioner claims to be entitled for consideration of his case for promotion to the post of clerk, he will file his representation before the respondent no. 5 highlighting the fact that the person just senior to the petitioner has been granted the promotion and therefore, his case may also be considered.

On such representation being filed, the respondent no. 5 shall dispose off the petitioner's claim within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order. The writ petition is disposed off.
