Petitioner seeks bail in Khutauna P.S. Case No.142 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner has been remanded in this case on the confessional statement of Suresh Kumar Sonar while he was in custody in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.275 of 2018 Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2019.
