By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.232 of 2014 registered, inter alia, under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003.
3. I have perused the allegations made in the FIR as contained in Annexure-4 to the present application. The allegations do attract ingredients of the offence punishable under Section 135 of the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.340 of 2015 dt.25-01-2016 2/2 Electricity Act, 2003.
4. In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the present application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) N.H./- U T
