The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015, a case under Sections 341/342/323/364/120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor he has got any criminal antecedent. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Amar Yadav, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.19448 of 2016. It appears that some other coaccused have already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55352 of 2017 (3) dt.03-01-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Jankinagar Police Station Case No. 79 of 2015, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
