JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Heard Sri Y.C.Verma, learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Sri Anuj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Satyavarat Verma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Brij Kishore Mishra, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the informant.

This is third attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner in Turkauliya P.S. Case No.833 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 364(A),302,201,120B of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to Sessions Trial No.461/2016. Sri Y.C.Verma, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner again submits that during trial even no sufficient evidence was collected showing involvement of the petitioner. He submits that save and except commission of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58659 of 2017(2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 offence under Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code, there is nothing against the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the informant submits that the prosecution evidence has already been concluded. The submission made by learned counsel for the informant was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the trial is at the fag end, there is no reason to review of my earlier order.

The petition stands dismissed.
