The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.790 of 2022 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of
