The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mehasi P.S. Case No.61 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 386, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant filed a complaint petition on the basis of which the present F.I.R. has been instituted. The allegation of the complainant/informant is that the petitioner and three other coaccused assured him and others to provide job in the Police Department and, accordingly, took Rs.1,50,000/- each from six persons including him but neither the job was provided to him and

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no chit of paper was brought on record to show that the petitioner received any money from complainant/informant. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Mehasi P.S. Case No.61 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
