In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 30 (a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It has been alleged that 12 litres of liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and he has criminal history.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
