2. The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2017 in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2017, G.R. No. 852 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with assault with 'Dabiya' on the head of the informant. It is submitted that the parties are agnates and there was no intention to kill the informant.
4. A perusal of the injury report of the informant discloses fracture of the parietal bone and hemorrhage and the injury is said to be grievous in nature.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2245 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
