JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-06-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent No. 6 as Aanganbari Sevika at the concerned Aanganbari Centre in the district of Madhubani.

2. It appears that the petitioner has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.12745 of 2019 dt.28-06-2019 2/3 barking up the wrong tree and making complaints against the appointment of private respondent No. 6 before the C.D.P.O., Madhubani and the District Magistrate, Madhubani. In fact, the petitioner should have immediately filed a complaint, if she was aggrieved by such appointment of private respondent No. 6, before the District Programme Oficer, I.C.D.S., Madhubani. That not having been done, the grievance of the petitioner has not yet been adverted to.

3. The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a complaint regarding her grievance before the District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S., Madhubani, if so advised, within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, shall, after affording hearing to the concerned parties, i.e., petitioner, private repondent No. 6 and other stake holders, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.

4. Should the petitioner remain aggrieved even thereafter, she would have an option of preferring an appeal against the order of District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S.,
