2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumaraon P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 279, 337, 338, 414, 379, 307, 429/34 of the I.P.C., Section 11(1)(a), 11(1)(d), 11(1)(c), 11(1)(i), 11(1)(k) of the Animal Atrocity Redressal Act and Section 47(a), 48, 52, 54(1), 54(2) of the Animal Transport Act.

3. As per the prosecution story, the petitioner is the driver of a vehicle in which 15 cows and other animals were found alive and 18 animals were found dead.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if charge not already framed, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Dumaraon P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024.

7. The petitioner will visit Gosaiganj, DistrictLuknow (Uttar Pradesh) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Police Commissioner, Luknow, Uttar Pradehs through FAX forthwith.
