The petitioner is in jail in connection with POCSO Case No.141 of 2019 arising out of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.677 of 2019 dated 08.10.2019 registered under Section 376(G) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act, which is presently pending before the court of Excl. Spl. Judge (POCSO)-cum-7th Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur. Considering the nature of allegation that has been levelled against the petitioner by the minor girl, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to him. The allegation amongst other the petitioner and Banti Yadav is of repeated rape. A perusal of the order of the learned court below shows that till the passing of that order, three witnesses have already been examined including the mother and the victim girl. Since Trial is already on and is in advanced stage, the Trial court
