2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, registered in connection with Bairiya P.S. FIR No. 121 of 2024.

3. As per the prosecution case, 23.500 litres of illicit liquor was recovered from a motor-cycle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for recovery of 23.500 litres of liquor, the petitioner is in incarceration since 11.04.2024. He is a person of clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-1, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. FIR No. 121 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
