Verma, learned senior counsel for the Veer Kunwar Singh University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').
2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging violation and disobedience of the order dated 16.11.2010 passed in CWJC No. 12009 of 2009. By the said order, the Court had directed that if the post of Storekeeper is not included in the staffing pattern, the University would refer the matter to the State Government and
Patna High Court MJC No.1684 of 2014 dt.11-07-2019 2/2 obtain necessary directions for filling up the post as early as possible in terms of the directions of the Chancellor.

In the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4 (University), copy of Letter No. 1481 dated 09.07.2019 by the Special Secretary, Education Department to the Registrar of the University has been annexed in which it has been stated that the post of Storekeeper has been included in the staffing pattern and, thus, action can be taken in light of the order of the Court. By another communication, the Principal of the college has communicated to the Registrar of the University by letter dated 28.03.2017 that the petitioner has neither worked nor paid anything and there are no records to indicate his appointment.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the opposite parties have complied with the direction of the Court in its order dated 16.11.2010.
