BADAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2022 The only ground which is raised for grant of bail in the instant case is to the effect that the applicant is undergoing pretrial detention from 05.12.2020 and as yet the case is not committed. The earlier bail application of the applicant was rejected on merit vide order dated 25.01.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 31557 of 2021. Hence it cannot be said that as there is no progress in the trial, the circumstances are changed.

No case for entertaining second bail to the applicant is made out when earlier bail application is already rejected on merit. Hence the application is rejected.

However, the concerned court is directed to take up necessary steps for committal expeditiously.
