2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the measurement done by the State Authorities is not being done properly by them.

3. Today, the Circle Officer, Parsa has appeared and it has been submitted on his behalf that the State is ready for remeasurement in presence of the petitioner.

4. In these circumstances, the Circle Officer, Parsa is directed fix a date for re-measurement and he will inform the petitioner about the date of re-measurement. On that date the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10179 of 2023(3) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 petitioner will also be present along with his own Survey Knowing Advocate Commissioner who can provide assistance to the petitioner while re-measurement is done and thereafter the encroachment proceeding will proceed in accordance with law.

5. The Circle Officer, Parsa is given liberty to notice and inform the petitioner on his WhatsApp number.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
