The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagalpur Rail P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, the police got recorded the confessional statement of co-accused, Brajesh Kumar Mandal, who apprehended with the stolen motorcycle of the informant except that there is nothing against the petitioner. In fact, he is accused in five other cases due to that reason he has falsely been

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Rail Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Bhagalpur Rail P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
