2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 08 of 2025 arising out of Parbatta P.S. Case No. 442 of 2024 / G.R. No. 3495 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 87, 3(5) of BNS and under Section 8 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Dilshad is alleged to have been taken away the victim girl to Kolkata.

4. The petitioner is the brother of Dilshad and he is in custody since 9.12.2024. In the trial, the victim girl has said that nothing has happened with her.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Case No. 8 of 2025 arising out of Parbatta P.S. Case No. 442 of 2024, G.R. No. 3495 of 2024.
