Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 324 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against the petitioner and others. The assault of the petitioner caused fracture injury at the hand. The Doctor has found four injuries on non-vital part of the body of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.477 of 2018 (3) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kahalgaon Police Station Case No. 369 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
