2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of one country made pistol from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2026.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44862 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 Kashichak P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Kashichak Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
